You would never assume that Hannah Brooks would be a bodyguard. That’s why it works so well. Actor Jack Stapleton has himself a stalker. Jack needs a bodyguard but doesn’t want his family to know. Hannah would make the perfect bodyguard/fake girlfriend.

This book had me laughing out loud! This is one of those stories where you have to suspend your belief of reality and just go with what the story is telling you. And it works. I found this book to be so funny! What kind of hard core bodyguard would freak out at the sight of cows, almost drown in a river, and so many other ridiculous things? But all these random situations made this book hilarious!

I loved how our main character Hannah was “breaking the 4th wall.” She addressed the reader multiple times. It kinda reminded me of all those fairytales that start with someone opening the book to tell you a story. But instead of it being just at the beginning and end of the book it was throughout the whole story. I don’t know if this is Katherine Center’s writing style or if it is just this book. I am excited to find out. I highly recommend this book, just remember, don’t take it too seriously and it will be way more entertaining.
