Jane Hayes is tired of waiting for love to find her. This summer she’s taking matters into her own hands. I really enjoyed this book. It was a perfect clean summer read. I thought the characters were fun and I really enjoyed the community on the small island where the story is set. At first, I wasn’t so sure about Jane intentionally creating the romance trope situations but, to be fair, her first attempt was a little extreme. The more I read, the more I was amused by her efforts. I admire her determination. This is the first book in the Falling for Summer Series. It’s seven interconnected stories written by seven different authors. Technically, I think you can read any of them as a standalone novel. This is the first book I’ve read by Kortney Keisel and I really enjoyed her writing. I’ll definitely be reading some more of her books!
