Raya is a workaholic. She thrives on being busy. But a serious health scare has her life turned upside down. The doctor’s recommendation: rest. How is she supposed to do that?!? Finn has been waiting for Raya to take him seriously. Maybe this is his chance to prove to her he’s more than just a goofy guy who plays hockey.

I loved My Merry Mistake! The story was fun and festive. The Christmas cheer was great! I’d give it a 5/5 on the Christmas spirit scale. I loved the family and friend relationships, especially the sisterly bonds between the three sisters. I felt like I related to Raya a little bit. I’m also the oldest sister and I think that does come with a bit of inherent responsibility. Finn was a breath of fresh air! He was so lighthearted and easy going. I wish I could be more like him. This story was so enjoyable to read. It was simultaneously heart breaking and inspirational. It’s not often that I finish a contemporary fiction novel and feel inspired to be a better person and try to live my life a little differently. “Live every day like it matters.” I enjoyed the timeline of this story. The story started before Thanksgiving and ended at Christmas. I would highly recommend all three books in the Holidays with Hart series!
