Hadley takes swimming very seriously. She swims late after practice, she’s cut sugar from her diet, and she knows exactly what to do to stay in the zone. When their town’s masked prankster, Fake Heath Hall, crashes her swim meet and throws off her groove, Hadley is determined to figure out who he is and keep him away from her pool.

Moment of Truth was a fun Teeny Bopper Romance. I really loved the mystery of Fake Heath Hall. It was entertaining to read about Hadley becoming caught up in his shenanigans while trying to figure out who he was. She was a pretty relatable character and I loved the journey she took through the story. The love interest was a charming character. I loved how he brought Hadley out of her perfectionist bubble and allowed her to see how she can have fun and relax. Along with the hidden identity concept of Fake Heath Hall, there is a bit of an anonymous letter writing situation, and you know how much we love that in a book! I thought the romance was really sweet.

Once again, Kasie West was able to incorporate serious topics while telling a story that was entertaining and uplifting. It’s way more than just a fluffy teenage romance. I love finishing a book and feeling inspired. I had a really great time reading Moment of Truth. This is #3 in a series of standalone books. You don’t need to read them in order. You will see some character cross overs, but they all make sense on their own.
