Grayson and Paige have been best friends forever. Grayson wants more but he isn’t sure Paige is interested. Paige is bound and determined to have her first kiss before she graduates. Paige “hires” Grayson as her dating coach to ensure she gets that first kiss.

I am quite enjoying the Darling boy “universe.” I really liked Reed’s book, Rival Darling, and I enjoyed Grayson’s as well. But I do have to say, I think I like Reed’s better. I am super excited to read Parker’s book next. He may be my favorite of the Darling brothers. He is just so funny, although inappropriate at times… So we shall see how that one goes. Anywho, back to Grumpy Darling.

I love the whole best friends to lovers theme, with both of them wanting more but afraid to confess their feelings to each other. Having Grayson be Paige’s dating coach was quite entertaining. And, I also have to mention how much I loved the group chat that Parker created to “help” Grayson get Paige to see him as more than a friend. Pure entertainment!

Overall, I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves a cute, clean romance!
